Refunds & Returns policy TOP

I post my products with Australia post and I do my best to package each candle carefully and safetly unfortunatly accidents do happen. i do not offer a replacment on any broken or lost items but if you want to arrange a courier or other form of postage at your cost then im more than happy to oblige

I do my best to descibe each fragrance and product and do not offer a refund if you are unhappy with teh scent size etc however if the product doesnt perform to my standard just email me with the problem and send the product back a new one will be sent out at no cost to you

Is only avaliable from customers in the blue mountains area that will be delivered by me and postage cost will not be added.

Before ordering please email me for a unique code so postage will not be asdded to your order

Deliverys TOP

Candles and Melts are made to order and in case of an out of stock could take up to 2 weeks BUT in saying that its never happened and after the order recieved and payments organised the candle/Melts are made that day and left to cure for 48hrs before postage.

Jewellery is sent as soon as your order recieved and payment organised but again in cases of out of stocks could take up to 2 weeks

but be sure if this is the case you will be notified and other arrangements made if neccessary

About Palm wax TOP

Palm wax is an all-natural, renewable resource that is obtained from the oil palm in well managed and regulated estates. Due to its environmentally friendly attributes, palm wax offers a whole new choice for candle makers who market sustainable or renewable resource based extensions to their candle lines. The oil palm produces fruit in bunches which are harvested and sent to palm oil mills to undergo extraction, sterilization, clarification and purification. The crude oil is then sent to palm oil refineries where it is processed further into products such as cooking oil, shortening, cocoa butter substitutes, non-dairy creamers, soaps, and of course everybody’s favorite – Palm Wax.

About Soy wax TOP

Advantages of Soy

we all know what Soy wax is but what are the advantages compared to parafin...

Soy candles are cheap - Beeswax is a great natural alternative to paraffin, but to get the same results as a soy-based candle, it is very expensive. Soy wax is a new alternative to paraffin wax that is cost effective. Soy wax is also made from a renewable source.

Soy wax is all-natural - Soy wax is a favorite of environmentally conscious people because it is not made from petroleum, like paraffin candles. Burning of soy candles does not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere.

Soy candles last longer - They can last up to 50% longer than paraffin candles.

Wax spills are easy to clean - It's very difficult to remove paraffin wax from furniture or textiles. Soy wax spills can easily be cleaned up with hot soapy water.

Soy candles produce less soot - Soot should be avoided because it is very unhealthy and can eventually coat furniture and walls. Soy candles produce about 90% less soot that paraffin candles.

Scented soy candles distribute more flavour - The incorporation of soybean oil lowers the melting point of the candle, which translates into cooler burning candles and faster scent dispersion. The lower melting point of soy wax results in a larger size of the liquid wax pool around the candle wick. It is from this liquid wax pool that the essential oils evaporate into the atmosphere.

Each candle is made to order (unless otherwise stated) i feel that this gives me the oppurtuinty to give your candle the attention to detail it deserves.

With a high  fragrance level your Candles  scent will even last without burning.

Unless otherwise requested your candles  will  come uncoloured if you would like a certain fragrance/colour combination  just email me  your preference.

My Candles are made from the highest quality Soy wax , glassware and Fragrance avaliable in Australia.

The makers of my wax are the only company to GUARANTEE in writing that they are/use ..

-use all natural ingredients

-Biodegradable and free from pesticides, herbicides
-Contain no genetically modified material
-Manufactured using pure soy beans and contain no petroleum (paraffin waxes)
-Manufactured according to sustainability and renewable resource management
-Clean up with hot water and soap elimintating the need for harsh solvents.
- Every pound of wax is analyzed in a state of the art laboratory to assure its quality. Only after receiving a Certificate of Analysis guaranteeing a high, consistent standards does any wax leave the plant. Although we would like to call the wax organic, by process of the change from liquid to wax state this rules out the clasification, what we can say is that if you are looking for an Eco-friendly wax then our waxes are the global leader in this field.

Each packet of Melts is made to order (unless otherwise stated) and comes uncoloured. I feel this is the best way to ensure your purchase is of the highest standard.

About My Melts...

The wax used in my Melts isnt the same as candle wax.

It is designed to shrink when solid making it easy to change the fragrance as you see fit or the scent has gone (coming soon a way to extend your fragrances!!)

My melt wax has no additives and i dont add animal products  and is the best all natural wax for melts avaliable in Australia.

It also designed to have the highest scent throw so usually only 1 melt is enough saving you money.

Be sure that for me just saying eco friendly isnt enough. From the wax to the packaging everything is  bio-degradable i only use those plastic clamshell melts for moulds and then they are packaged into bio degradable cello bags and tied with raffia that can be placed on the garden or compost bin when not needed
